Marketing measurement
Kaivalya uses Meta Pixel on the public booking introduction and scheduling pages to measure page visits and completed appointments. Meta may receive browser, device, IP, cookie, click, campaign, and random event identifiers. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, account IDs, CRM IDs, or private booking tokens as marketing event details.
Storage and retention
Limited attribution information may be retained with lead and appointment records for up to 90 days to measure completed bookings and prevent duplicate reporting. Marketing providers may set their own cookies with different lifetimes. You can limit or clear cookies through your browser settings.
